The Beatles

The Beatles were a very famous pop-rock band from England. In the 60's decade the Beatles were very famous and they dids many concerts. The Beatles were:

Paul Mccartney , John Lennon(John wiston ono lennon), Ringo Star(Richard Starky) and George Harrison. They did over 300 songs, many of them about war, peace and love. Here is ``come together`` from the beatles:

Twist dance was created in the 60's decade. The twist was a dance that was  very typic pof the 1960. The twist was danced with pop-rock music. It is very energic and happy.

El Che Guevara

 El Che Guevara...he was not really called Che; he was called Ernesto Guevara, but he was from Argentina, that's why the ``che``. He was a really good friend with Fidel Castro, like best friend. The red star that he has on his hat is the red revolution star, every revolutionist wears one in his or her cloth. The photo that we can see above was thaken by a french photograph and then someone put effects to the original photo to look how we can see above the text. This photo is the most famous photo of the Che Guevara. Many people say that wen he died he looked like Jesus. Che created what now is F.A.R.C or F.A.R, but Che created them for good, to help the peasants.

Vietnam War :(

The Vietnam war was very terrible. It separated many families. It was between north and south Vietnam. United States helped south Vietnam. U.S.A sent many young men to fight in the war. That was a shame because thousands of them died during the war. How sad. :(

Hippies are very imporant people in the 60's. They are revolutionists. They are Happy, Iteligent, Peacefull Peolpe that Introduce Exelent Solidarity. ``Make love, not war``. The hippies were defenders of nature.  Hippies are very collorfull. Peace & LOve!

Segregation is that white people don't respect other races like black people. That happened much in the 60's. Many people did not realize that black had the same rights as whites; that genered segregation.

Ray Charles

Ray Charles Robinson was a very important person in the 60's. He was blind and he could simg and play the piano very good. He was black. He had a great personality. He was a man that revolkusionated the music. He was one of the first blackmen that played gospel and jass music without being killed or meastreated to much.  Later he bacame drugg adict. Inhis concert inGeorgiahe did not play his music because he did not want to play in a placwe were there was segregation.He was a black man plaing in a concert for only white people; there could not be even one of his own race in the whole concert.So he didn't play and he want right on  to his house. That was very erotic to do...he was very strong.

Psycodelic art is based on psycodelic images that drugg adict people could see. The  word psycodelic was ceated by the psycologist Humphry Osmod. Psycodelic art uses very much bright colors and patterns. It uses very much the human figure. In this type of art you can see the union of the colors.

What is Pop Art???

Pop art is art that uses ordynary life objects or events. It may use the same image many times and maybe change it's color. Pop art uses many famous people like Marylin Monroe or other famous artists.It can also be collage of many cotidian things. It uses patterns and ordinary life objects. It uses very much the female figure specialy the lips or a blond woman because of Marilyn Monroe because she was blond,. Pop art was also used on cloth.
